Ivana Trips provides customized travel planning services and curated travel packages. Due to the personalized nature of our services, all planning fees are non-refundable once services have begun.

Refunds for travel bookings (hotels, flights, tours, etc.) are subject to the cancellation policies of the individual travel suppliers.

Ivana Trips is not responsible for penalties or fees charged by third-party providers.
